Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for a 100-employee advertising/marketing company.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing to achieve target KPIs.
  • Oversee social media management, creating engaging content, fostering community interaction, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance online presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for market penetration and expansion.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Possess a Diploma and 1-2 years of proven experience in a marketing role, demonstrating a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential for effective communication with diverse stakeholders and target audiences.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign execution.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance, track key metrics (ROI, CPA, conversion rates), and provide regular reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure campaigns are delivered within scope and on time.
  • Create engaging and persuasive marketing collateral, including website content, brochures, presentations, and ad copy, tailored for target audiences.
  • Stay abreast of the latest marketing technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
