Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or operations administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and able to handle inventory data accurately
- Prepare monthly inventory and stock movement reports
- Monitor and maintain inventory records across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and China
- Perform stock reconciliation, stock verification, and inventory tracking
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions
- Coordinate stock transfers and logistics arrangements between warehouses
- Liaise with warehouse teams, logistics providers, and internal departments
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Support logistics and operational activities as assigned
