Working Hours
Tuesday to Saturday9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Responsibilities- Handle client inquiries and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Maintain healthy and professional relationships with clients.
- Communicate with existing clients via calls and arrange appointments.
- Understand customers’ interests and gather feedback.
- Build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers.
- Keep customers updated on the latest products and promotions to increase sales.
- Expand the customer base through upselling and cross-selling activities.
- Support and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good customer service and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong business sense, logical thinking, and analytical ability.
- Leadership qualities with a high sense of responsibility.
- Team player with a positive and customer-focused attitude.
- Good spoken and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Chinese language proficiency is an added advantage.
