• Key Responsibilities:
• Bookkeeping – Record daily financial transactions with accuracy
• Cash Flow Monitoring – Help track and manage company cash flow
• Invoicing & Billing – Generate, verify, and process invoice
• Bank Reconciliation – Match financial records with bank statements
• Financial Statement Preparation – Support accurate financial reporting
• Group management Reporting – Compile data for strategic decision-making
• Audit Support – Prepare documentation for internal and external audits

✅ Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applicants who are motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Ability to read/write in Mandarin is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with AutoCount, QNE, or similar accounting software is a bonus
• A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
