Job Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations. A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Mandarin proficiency is preferred as the role involves communication with stakeholders from different countries/regions.
  • Experience in beauty, skincare, or cross-border e-commerce industry will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to independently manage the full recruitment process.
  • Basic knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR practices.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle employee relations effectively.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including manpower planning discussions, job postings, talent sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, background checks, offer management, and post-placement follow-up.
  • Ensure vacant positions are filled within the required hiring timeline.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (such as sourcing effectiveness, interview conversion rate, offer acceptance rate, and time-to-fill) and propose improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.
  • Support improvements in recruitment processes, talent pipeline development, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Handle employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, employee records updates, probation confirmation, and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in maintaining and standardizing HR policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws, company policies, and internal processes.
  • Support employee engagement activities, company culture initiatives, and other ad-hoc HR tasks as assigned.
