Event Sales Executive (Hospitality)

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in marketing, hospitality sales, business development, or a related role.
- - Experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail industries is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with social media management and digital marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic design tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Manage the company’s social media platforms, website, and digital marketing activities.
- Create and coordinate marketing content, promotions, events, and partnerships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, corporate clients, and strategic collaborations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Assist in planning and executing product launches, promotional campaigns, and special events.
- Track and report marketing performance, sales activities, and campaign results.
- Support customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
- Work closely with management and operations teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
