Human Resources Executive Cum Assistant ( MANDARIN SPEAKER)

What we're looking for
  1. At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR or administrative role
  2. Preferable Mandarin Languages is added advantage.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR-related software
  6. Good knowledge of labour laws.
  7. Responsible, detail-oriented, organised, and able to meet deadlines.
  8. Relevant diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including full cycle recruitment procedure and payroll.
  • Handle recruiting process from job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement, onboarding and offboarding processes and training.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Handle monthly payroll, following local laws for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and taxes.
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of employee records, HR documentation, and confidential files
  • Oversee daily office administration and ensure smooth business operations and primary point of contact for HR and general administrative inquiries.
  • Manage & follow-up on ad-hoc tasks assigned by CEO from time to time.
