- Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media marketing or a similar role.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
- Understanding of current social media trends and best practices.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms - IG, RedNote, TikTok, Threads.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity.
- Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and report on performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and integrated campaign execution.
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.
