Role Overview
The Event Executive manages day-to-day event operations and client servicing, acting as the main liaison between clients, creative teams, and internal operations to ensure projects are delivered smoothly, accurately, and on time. This role requires strong coordination skills, responsibility, and on-ground execution mindset.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with clients on event requirements, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate with creative, design, production, and operations teams
- Manage day-to-day event operations, planning, and execution
- Prepare and maintain event timelines, task lists, and run-of-show
- Attend site recce, rehearsals, and event days
- Ensure client changes and feedback are communicated clearly and promptly
- Support post-event reporting and wrap-up
- Oversee on-site builds, midnight mall setups, live event days, and tear-downs
- Make sure everything looks good, works safely, and meets venue requirements
Stay plugged into current event, pop-up, and materials trends
Performance Expectations- Respond to client and internal communication promptly and professionally
- Maintain clear documentation (timelines, updates, task tracking)
- Anticipate issues early and escalate when necessary
- Stay organized while handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Be present and accountable during event days, weekends, and public holidays
- Represent the company professionally with clients and partners
- Diploma / Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years experience in events, brand activations, or agency environment
- Strong eye for materials, finishes, and physical detailing
- Willing to work flexible hours based on event schedules
- Comfortable working late nights / overnight setups
- Exposure to large-scale brand activations, festivals, and pop-ups
- Hands-on experience with top brands and major venues
