Are you a creative problem-solver with a strong eye for design and storytelling? We’re looking for a Full-Time Graphic Designer (Remote) to join our growing team and help bring brands to life across digital touchpoints.
In this role, you’ll work on a wide range of projects—from campaign concepts to day-to-day content—supporting brand, product, and business objectives across multiple industries. Design & Creative Execution
Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality visuals for digital and print, including:
- Landing pages, eDMs, web banners, and social media graphics (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Animations and motion graphics for social media posts, ads, and short-form videos
- Campaign, event, and video creative concepts
- Infographics, presentations, proposal decks, pitch decks, whitepapers, and marketing collateral
- Website mockups, wireframes, and visual concepts for client presentations and internal ideation
- Create visually compelling proposal decks and presentation materials for client pitches, strategy presentations, and business development initiatives
- Develop mockups and visual prototypes for websites, campaigns, ads, landing pages, and branded experiences
- Adapt and repurpose creative assets for different platforms such as Instagram Stories, YouTube, webinars, websites, and digital ads
- Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines, messaging, and campaign objectives
- Stay updated on design trends, platform best practices, and emerging creative formats across digital marketing
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment
- Organize and maintain design files, templates, and brand assets for efficient collaboration
- Amend and refine designs based on client and internal feedback until final approval
- Work closely with project managers to align on briefs, timelines, and client expectations
- Collaborate closely with strategists, marketers, copywriters, and developers to bring campaigns and ideas to life
- Support social media planning by assisting with visual concepts and content calendars
- Participate in creative brainstorming, research design trends, and propose fresh ideas
- Assist with photoshoots, storyboarding, and basic photography or videography editing when required
- A deep understanding of how design and visual communication support the full consumer journey
- Hands-on experience working with clients across diverse industries
- Exposure to campaign strategy, design management, and creative problem-solving at an agency level

- 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience with Canva and other digital/content marketing tools
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with animation, video editing, photography, and social media is a strong plus
- Full-time, fully remote
- Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 6:30pm SGT (GMT+8)
