Job Overview:

The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service, high food quality, excellent customer experience, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily restaurant operations (opening/closing, staffing, shift planning)
  • Supervise and coordinate front-of-house and kitchen teams
  • Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are met
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and improve guest satisfaction
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
  • Oversee cash handling, POS system, and basic financial reporting
  • Train, supervise, and motivate staff
  • Monitor costs and support profitability targets
  • Work with marketing team on promotions and events

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent (Hospitality background preferred)
  • 3–5 years experience in restaurant or F&B management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holiday
  • Able to speak Mandarin
Working days: 6 days

Working hours: 9 hours
