Service Technician - Refrigeration

Candidate must possess at least a diploma in Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Possession of a GDL license is a plus.
- Fresh graduates with the intention to acquire refrigeration skills are welcome.
- Technicians with an air-conditioning background are welcome.
- Having experience related to steel welding, copper welding, or wiring is a plus point.
- Salary can be negotiated/adjusted according to the applicant's experience in the refrigeration sector. Basic salary only applies to normal working hours; any period outside working hours can be claimed as OT.
- Able to work as a team or independently, responsible. Willing to work extra hours.
- Assist senior technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems under supervision.
- Perform routine checks and diagnostics on refrigeration equipment to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and repair tasks on refrigeration units, such as cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, and replacing simple components.
- Document service activities, including work performed, parts used, and time spent, for accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures during service calls to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Respond to service requests and provide on-site support to clients, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of refrigeration issues.
