- Assist in Identify potential growth areas, develop, conceptualize, and implement strategies to generate new business with both new and existing customers.
- Supervise daily support of Sales Department operation issues and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.
- Monitor and ensure all sales admin reports are submitted on time.
- Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Act as a communicator across departments on customer’s order arrangement.
- Constantly review and check Job Sheet details accurately and in a timely manner and serve as a backup for Job Sheet issuance.
- Verify quotations and sales confirmations to customers accurately and in a timely manner.
- Supervising on staff attending to sales general enquiries, quotation proposals, and customer service needs via phone, mail, and email correspondences.
- Maintain constant contact with existing and potential customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Follow up the artwork development and prepare cylinder sales confirmation to customer accurately and serve as a communicator between customer and cylinder maker.
- Review and check the amendments to the Job Sheet and sales confirmation order when requested by customers and inform the production department before mass production.
- Prepare the details regarding new job development from customers accordingly and pass down the message to the team accurately.
- Constantly review material forecast process and planning according to customer needs.
- Supervise the sales, marketing, and customer care functions run effectively and efficiently- processing of orders, bills, coordination of logistics function, maintenance of proper records, database maintenance, general filing, etc.
- Manage and comply with ISO 9001:2015, ISO FSSC 22000, Occupational safety & health, environment & industry regulator requirements.
