Requirements
- Experience in graphic design, e-commerce design, product visual design, brand identity design, or related field.
- Experience in printing, advertising, signage, packaging, or e-commerce industry .
- Good understanding of layout, typography, colour matching, visual hierarchy, product presentation, and brand consistency.
- Able to understand product functions, selling points, customer needs, and convert them into clear visuals.
- Able to adapt to different design styles instead of being limited to only one fixed style.
- Familiar with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, and other related design tools.
- Knowledge of printing file preparation, resolution, bleed, colour mode, material limitations, or production process.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple design tasks.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, willing to learn, and able to accept feedback.
- Portfolio is required.
- E-commerce Product Visual Design
- Design product main images, product detail images, selling point images, comparison images, and usage scenario visuals for Shopee, TikTok Shop, company website, and other online platforms.
- Create visuals that help customers quickly understand product features, material differences, finishing options, and usage methods.
- Improve existing product images to increase professionalism, clarity, click-through rate, and conversion rate.
- Website & Online Printing Platform Content Design
- Design website content images for printing products, including product category banners, product explanation graphics, material comparison charts, process flow visuals, and order instruction images.
- Convert technical printing information into simple, clear, and easy-to-understand visuals.
- Support the design of landing pages, product pages, FAQ visuals, online ordering guides, and customer instruction graphics.
- Brand Identity & Visual System Design
- Develop and maintain brand identity for company brands, product lines, and new business projects.
- Design or refine brand visual elements such as logo direction, colour palette, typography style, icon style, graphic elements, layout system, and brand usage guidelines.
- Ensure all product images, website visuals, marketing materials, packaging visuals, and social media designs are consistent with the brand identity.
- Create suitable visual direction, moodboard, and design style for new product launches or new brand projects.
- Printing Product & Process Understanding
- Understand different printing products, materials, and finishing processes, such as sticker printing, UV printing, DTF printing, banner printing, acrylic products, foam board, ACP, lamination, die-cut, laser cutting, eyelet, welding, mounting, and other advertising production methods.
- Work closely with the production team to understand actual product output, material limitations, finishing details, and production requirements.
- Ensure all visuals are accurate and do not mislead customers about product size, material, finishing, quality, or usage.
- Creative Concept & Product Presentation
- Understand new product ideas, product functions, selling points, customer pain points, and design direction.
- Turn product concepts into attractive and professional visual presentations for online sales and marketing.
- Create different visual styles according to different product categories, target customers, and brand positioning, such as premium, corporate, modern, minimalist, festive, fun, or promotional style.
- Design Improvement & Visual Consistency
- Improve and update existing product visuals, website graphics, and brand materials from time to time.
- Maintain consistent visual quality across different online platforms and product categories.
- Work with management, marketing, sales, and production teams to produce visuals that are both attractive and practical.
