Project Delivery Specialist (Junior / Senior)

As a Project Delivery Specialist, your role is to bring together clients, designers, and developers to ensure projects move forward smoothly and delivered successfully. You will play a key role in coordinating teams, managing expectations, solving challenges, and driving projects from kickoff to launch.

Whether you are building a new website, improving a digital platform, or supporting a product launch, your focus is always the same: delivering quality outcomes through strong collaboration and ownership.

What You Will Be Responsible For?

• Coordinate website, application, and digital projects from initiation to launch.
• Monitor timelines, priorities, and project progress to ensure successful delivery.
• Identify risks early and work with the team to resolve them proactively.

• Serve as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Facilitate discussions, align expectations, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Work closely with designers, developers, and strategists to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Ensure project requirements, feedback, and decisions are communicated clearly across all stakeholders.

• Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and delivery records.
• Support continuous improvement of project workflows and delivery processes.

• Communicates clearly and confidently with both clients and internal teams
• Takes ownership and follows through on commitments
• Is organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Enjoys solving problems and finding practical solutions
• Works well in a collaborative and fast-moving environment
• Is comfortable working with digital projects such as websites, applications, or digital platforms
• Experience in project management, account servicing, digital delivery, operations, or related fields is an advantage
