What You'll Be Doing- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, interview coordination, pre-onboarding arrangements, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Assist in monitoring daily staff attendance and preparing attendance reports when required.
- Help calculate attendance allowances and process overtime claims accurately.
- Update and maintain employee leave records on a regular basis.
- Assist in managing medical claims and updating employee information related to medical benefits and insurance coverage.
- Support HRDC grant applications, training documentation, and appeal submissions.
- Assist in organising employee engagement activities, company events, and internal programmes.
- Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and document management tasks.
- Provide administrative support for various HR projects and ad-hoc assignments.
- Malaysian citizen.
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to communicate professionally with employees at all levels.
- Organised, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Available for a minimum internship period of 3 months.
- Practical exposure to Human Resource and Administrative functions.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee administration, attendance management, and HR operations.
- Understanding of payroll-related processes, employee benefits administration, and HR compliance.
- Exposure to training coordination and HRDC grant management.
