Senior Marketing Operation Executive (Property Development)

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Property Management, Real Estate, or related disciplines.
- Minimum three (3) years of relevant working experience in the Malaysian property development industry, preferably in project marketing, marketing operations, or marketing coordination.
- Experience in coordinating property launches, roadshows, sales events, exhibitions, digital marketing campaigns, and promotional activities will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal departments, external agencies, consultants, and business partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Knowledge of the Malaysian property market and property development industry will be an added advantage.
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day marketing operations for property development projects, ensuring all marketing activities are executed efficiently and within established timelines.
- Monitor and administer project marketing budgets, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, vendor claims, and cost allocations, ensuring expenditures remain within approved budgets and providing regular updates to Management.
- Review, evaluate, and coordinate vendor quotations, contracts, and service deliverables to ensure compliance with approved requirements, cost efficiency, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Product Development, Project, Finance, and Design teams, as well as external agencies, consultants, printers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, project fact sheets, signage, promotional items, digital content, and other marketing collateral.
- Monitor project marketing timelines and vendor deliverables to ensure campaigns, events, launches, exhibitions, and promotional activities are executed on schedule.
- Maintain, compile, and analyze marketing operational data, reports, and project performance metrics using spreadsheets and reporting tools, ensuring data accuracy and supporting informed business decision-making.
- Support the administration and operation of marketing-related systems, including CRM, ERP, lead management platforms, and reporting tools, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procurement procedures, approval processes, documentation requirements, and corporate governance standards.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing Department and assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and marketing effectiveness.
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department or Management from time to time.
