Internship Creative Content Creator Intern

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and trend-savvy Social Media Content Creator Intern to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing our digital brand presence, focusing primarily on content strategy, audience engagement, and short-form video creation for Instagram and Facebook.

The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, eager to experiment with new digital trends, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

1. Social Media Management & Brand Presence

• Content Planning: Plan, schedule, and execute consistent posts across primary platforms (Instagram and Facebook) aligned with company branding.
• Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and interactions to build an active online community.
• Performance Tracking: Assist in monitoring social media metrics to understand what content resonates best with our audience.

1. Content Creation & Copywriting

• Visual Production: Design engaging graphics, Reels, and short-form video content using tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar editing software.
• Copywriting: Craft compelling captions and platform-specific copy tailored to diverse target audiences.
• Brainstorming: Actively contribute creative ideas for upcoming campaigns, product highlights, and trending content.

1. Event & Project Support

• Onsite Coverage: Attend events, project site visits, or activations to capture high-quality photos and behind-the-scenes video footage.
• Real-Time Marketing: Deliver timely social media updates, weekly event promotions, and polished post-event highlight reels.

• Platform Literacy: Strong familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and current digital algorithms/trends.
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in mobile video editing (CapCut) and graphic design (Canva).
• Communication: Strong copywriting and verbal communication skills in English.
• Work Style: Highly responsible, proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel locally to support onsite event coverage when required.

• Basic photography and videography skills (framing, lighting, and audio capture).
• Familiarity with analyzing social media insights and engagement analytics.
• A deep understanding of short-form video algorithms and hook-based storytelling.
