Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1–3 years of HR working experience for Junior position.
- Senior position preferably with 3–5 years relevant HR experience.
- Fresh graduates with strong interest in HR are encouraged to apply.
- Familiar with recruitment, employee relations, payroll, or HR administration will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Handle recruitment process including job posting, interview arrangement, and onboarding.
- Manage employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in payroll, attendance, leave management, and staff claims.
- Support daily HR and administrative operations.
- Coordinate staff activities, training, and internal communications.
- Ensure company HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.
- Assist management with other HR-related duties when required
