Requirements
- Diploma or above in Logistics, International Trade, Business English, or related field.
- Minimum1yearofcustomer service or operations experience in logistics/freight forwarding.
- Familiarity with import/export logistics procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics systems.
- Strong customer service orientation and emotional stability.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities- Serve as the main contact point for Malaysian clients and HQ Customer Service Team in China.
- Receive and process order instructions, pickup/delivery details, and special requirements.
- Monitorreal-time shipment tracking through logistics systems and carrier platforms.
- Provide daily shipment status updates to clients and HQ teams.
- Issue early warnings on shipment delays or operational risks.
- Coordinate contingency plans for delays, customs holds, or delivery issues.
- Handlecustomer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain POD records and delivery confirmation documentation.
- Manage customer information and special service requirements.
