Sales Interior Designer
Builder Plus MY Petaling Jaya Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly project KPI through effective lead conversion and project closing
- Follow up with incoming leads and maintain strong client communication throughout the sales process
- Arrange and conduct meetings with clients to understand project brief, requirements, and design direction
- Develop interior design concepts and proposals aligned with client needs and company standards
- Collaborate closely with the project and technical team to ensure design feasibility and execution quality
- Manage client expectations, feedback, and approvals throughout the design and project lifecycle
- Ensure smooth communication between clients, designers, and project execution teams
- Review project progress to ensure alignment with approved design and client satisfaction
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, Mass Communication, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, interior design, or related industry (fresh graduates with strong passion and drive are welcome)
- Confident communicator who enjoys engaging with clients and building strong relationships
- Highly driven, results-oriented, and motivated to achieve sales and project targets
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and manage tasks with minimal supervision
- Proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD, D5 Render, Enscape, and 3ds Max (V-Ray)
- Experience in interior design, construction, renovation, or building materials is a strong advantage
- Must have own transport and willing to travel within Klang Valley for client meetings and site visits
