We are currently hiring for a Customer Service Executive to join our growing team. This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience through multiple communication channels.This is a full-time and on-site job, instead of Internship placement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handle customer inquiries via email and live chat
  • Respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary -Slight outbound calls
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure service quality

  • 及时且专业地回复客户需求
  • 处理客户问题并在必要时进行升级汇报 -少量外呼电话
  • 记录并维护客户沟通信息
  • 与内部团队合作,确保服务质量
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum SPM / UEC / equivalent qualification
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
  • Nexperience required, training will be provided
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, patient, and willing to learn
