We are currently hiring for a Customer Service Executive to join our growing team. This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience through multiple communication channels.This is a full-time and on-site job, instead of Internship placement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Handle customer inquiries via email and live chat
- Respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary -Slight outbound calls
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure service quality
