Warehouse Analyst (Open to fresh graduate)

1. Prepare report and incentive calculation

• Prepare and generate operational performance, inventory monitoring and management reports as required
• Calculate monthly incentives for warehouse staff
• Update and maintain incentive records and administrative data
• Ensure all data is complete, accurate and properly recorded

1. Administrative duties

• Perform daily administrative tasks in accordance with established SOPs.
• Manage and monitor loose items in the warehouse
• Minimise delays and promptly report any issues to the superior

1. Documents and records management

• Maintain and monitor all warehouse related documents systematically.
• Handle invoices and Purchase Requisition (PR).
• Verify supplier deliveries against supporting documents for accuracy.
• Record and monitor supplier pallet movements.

1. Warehouse and attendance monitoring

• Maintain and update warehouse administrative records.
• Record and monitor staff attendance accurately.

Education & Qualification

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma studies.

Relevant Experience & Years of Service

Min 1-2 years working experience in admin or related field will be added advantage

• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Attention to details
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to handle large sets of warehouse data
• Proficient in using advanced formulas (eg: nested IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS) for data checking and reconciliation
• Lookup and data-matching functions (VLOOKUP/ XLOOKUP) for reconciliation and exception handling
• Pivot Tables to prepare management report.
