Senior Accountant
Servlink Technology Resources (M) Sdn Bhd Kuala Lumpur Full-time
Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00 (Monday to Friday)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and HR, preferably in an SME environment.
- Proven experience managing full sets of accounts for private limited companies.
- Working knowledge of Malaysian tax, audit, and employment regulations.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or other ERP systems.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and well-versed in compliance practices.
- Manage full sets of accounts and month-end closings in compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare financial reports and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries.
- Oversee Malaysia’s e-invoicing process and support related company accounting in Singapore.
- Handle HR tasks including recruitment, payroll processing, and benefits administration according to local labor laws.
- Manage general office operations, facilities, and supplies efficiently.
- Maintain accurate accounting and HR records to support regulatory and audit requirements.
