Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management- Assist in managing platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Schedule and publish posts
- Monitor comments, messages, and engagement
- Create simple graphics, captions, and short-form videos (Reels / TikTok)
- Brainstorm content ideas based on trends and campaigns
- Assist in shooting and editing content
- Support execution of campaigns, events, and promotions
- Work closely with the team on creative ideas
- Help track performance (views, engagement, reach)
- Stay updated with social media trends and viral content
- Analyze competitors and suggest improvements
- Requirements
- Currently pursuing Mass Communication / Marketing / related field
- Passion for social media & content creation
- Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
- Creative, proactive, and willing to learn
- Proficiency in mandarin is a must
