Senior Account Executive

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or multi-outlet operations.
- Experienced in handling full set accounts independently for both Sdn. Bhd. and Sole Proprietorship companies.
- Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel (especially in SQL system).
- Familiarity with SST, audit, and tax compliance.
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in fast-paced business environment.
- Good analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting skills as well as attention to detail.
- Ability to motivate and steer towards the organization mission and goals
- We are looking for someone who are fluent in Mandarin due to company culture.
- Candidates are required to have driving license and possess own transport.
- Full-Time position(s).
- Able to work at HQ office : No.7, Jalan Perindustrian Desa Aman 1A, Industri Desa Aman Kepong, 52200 Kuala Lumpur.
- Full Set of Accounts
- Handle full set of accounts including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Ensure all accounting transactions are accurately recorded and updated.
- Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Cash Flow & Banking
- Monitor daily cash flow transactions.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and payment schedules.
- Process supplier and operational payments.
- Audit & Taxation
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and relevant authorities.
- Budgeting & Analysis
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Analyze operating expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Working hour: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm or 10am to 7pm)
