Requirement:

Lim Tayar is seeking a commercially driven, hands-on, and people-oriented Head of Marketing & Customer Growth to lead the company’s overall trade marketing, customer experience, CRM & loyalty ecosystem, online e-store, marketplace growth, and brand engagement initiatives.
This role will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, retail traffic, campaign effectiveness, and commercial growth across both offline and digital channels.
The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership capability, market awareness, vendor management skills, and the ability to work closely with both management and frontline operational teams. The candidate should also embrace AI-enabled tools and technology to improve marketing efficiency, customer engagement, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Trade Marketing & Retail Campaigns- Lead and execute nationwide retail marketing campaigns to drive outlet traffic and sales conversion.
- Develop yearly and monthly promotional calendars aligned with business objectives and seasonal opportunities.
- Coordinate in-store marketing execution, POSM, visual merchandising, and promotional activities across all stores.
- Work closely with Operations and Purchasing teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and stock readiness.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness, ROI, and market competitiveness.
- Lead customer experience initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and overall brand perception.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback through regular engagement with floor teams and retail operations.
- Work closely with outlet teams to understand operational challenges, customer behavior, and service improvement opportunities.
- Monitor online and Google reviews, customer feedback channels, and service recovery actions.
- Translate market insights into practical marketing and commercial initiatives.
- Develop and lead the company’s CRM and loyalty program ecosystem.
- Drive customer database growth, retention strategies, repeat purchase initiatives, and customer engagement campaigns.
- Oversee company e-store and marketplace platforms, including Shopee and Lazada.
- Drive online sales growth, campaign performance, product visibility, and customer engagement.
- Coordinate digital promotions, pricing strategies, and marketplace campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors, suppliers, principals, and business partners.
- Lead negotiation discussions for marketing support, campaign contributions, co-branding opportunities, and promotional collaborations.
- Manage external agencies, including creative, digital, media, production, and event partners.
- Ensure agencies and partners deliver campaigns aligned with business objectives and timelines.
- Lead and execute private and company events, launches, roadshows, media engagements, and customer engagement activities.
- Oversee event planning, coordination, budgeting, and operational execution.
- Support branding and marketing initiatives to strengthen customer engagement and market visibility.
- Embrace and leverage AI-powered tools to improve marketing productivity, campaign turnaround, reporting efficiency, and customer engagement.
- Utilize AI tools for content ideation, customer insights, CRM automation, reporting analysis, and operational optimization.
