Key Responsibility:

1. Content Creation:

• Assist in creating engaging content that aligned with the company's brand identity.
• Create engaging visuals for social media posts and ads.
• Engage with social media planning (FB / IG / XHS / TIkTOK)
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure fresh and modern design solutions.

1. Market Research & Analytics:

• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
• Conduct market research to create more innovative ideas for content creation.
• Summarize findings and present insights to the marketing team.

1. Teamwork

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to campaigns and content strategies.
• Assist in organizing marketing materials.
• Assist in creating collaboration's content designs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Communication, Social Media, Public Relation or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Result-oriented.
• Familiarity in software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other marketing tools (is a plus but not mandatory).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Responsibile and good attitude.
