Telesales Agent – Petaling Jaya

• Candidates with prior experience in Sales, Telesales/Telemarketing, or equivalent roles are preferred.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu is mandatory, along with confidence in speaking English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers at all levels.
• Capability to deliver high-quality customer service to both external and internal stakeholders.
• Team player with a positive attitude and passion for sales.
• Resilience and perseverance when faced with challenges.
• Enthusiastic about achieving targets and goals.
• Excellent telephone skills, comfortable with making cold calls, and establishing client relationships over the phone.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and aggressive in achieving defined targets.
• Make outbound and drop-off calls to potential MEX using provided leads or databases.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services effectively to prospective customers using solid arguments.
• Build and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Accurately record calls, sales, and prospect interactions in the provided system.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing feedback to improve products/services based on interactions.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial products, markets, and industry regulations.
• Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Simplify and explain complex financial information in a clear and understandable manner.
