Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Interior Design.
Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, or equivalent.
Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Strong design sense, creativity, and attention to detail.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently as well as in a team.
Possess own transport for site visits and meetings.

Job Responsibilities

Meet and communicate with clients to understand their requirements and design preferences.
Develop creative interior design concepts, space planning, and 3D visualisations.
Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
Source and select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
Ensure designs are delivered according to client requirements, timeline, and budget.
