Sales Coordinator (Laboratory Equipment & Consumables)

Diploma or Degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Experience in laboratory equipment, consumables, or chemical sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently
- Fresh graduates with relevant background are encouraged to apply.
- Promote and sell laboratory equipment, consumables, and chemicals in line with the company’s product portfolio.
- Identify new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing customer accounts
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery.
- Provide basic technical support and product recommendations to customers.
- Arrange product demonstrations, evaluations, or trials when required
- Support project and tender-based sales, including reviewing specifications and documentation
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and after-sales support professionally
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.
