- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese, both verbally and in writing. Due to the nature of the role and business requirements, proficiency in spoken and written Chinese ismandatory.
- Good eye for visual aesthetics and content presentation.
- Familiar with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Adobe illustrator or similar content creation tools.
- Basic photography, videography, or video editing skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiao Hong Shu.
- Create engaging content such as social media posts, captions, videos, reels, stories, and short-form content.
- Write basic content copy and video scripts suitable for different social media platforms.
- Assist in planning and scheduling monthly content calendars and campaigns.
- Coordinate and support video shoots, including preparation, scheduling, and on-site assistance.
- Work closely with the Media Producer and other departments to develop content ideas and execute marketing initiatives.
- Monitor social media engagement and assist in tracking content performance.
- Participate in company events, community activities, and content-related projects when required.
