JD - HR Intern
  1. Assist in the administration of HR processes, including on-boarding, payroll, and maintaining employee records.
  2. Support and coordinating recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  3. Maintain both hard copy and digital records, including personal profile, statutory documents and other HR-related documentation.
  4. Support the planning and coordination of HR-related activities and company events as required.
  5. Provide general HR support and guidance to employees as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and people management
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to commit for internship duration (e.g., 3–6 months)
