Experience in luxury retail, bridal, jewellery, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is highly preferred
- Candidates from airlines (cabin crew), hotels, or premium service industries are strongly encouraged to apply
- Fresh graduates with strong customer engagement potential are welcome
- Deliver personalised, warm, and attentive service aligned with luxury hospitality and Omotenashi (Japanese service excellence) standards
- Guide clients through the purchase journey, including consultation on engagement rings and wedding jewellery
- Build trust-based relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Actively achieve individual and team sales targets
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique reflects a premium brand environment
- Support inventory management, stock control, and daily store operations
- Ensure compliance with service protocols and operational procedures
- Support bridal fairs, roadshows, and in-store events
- Represent the brand in partnerships and promotional activities
- Contribute to brand storytelling and customer engagement initiatives
- Participate in structured training, product knowledge sessions, and roleplay exercises
- Continuously develop sales, communication, and styling advisory skills
