Sales Manager

Diploma or above
- Minimum 3 years of sales management experience (building materials / renovation industry preferred)
- Proven experience in managing and driving sales team performance
- Strong communication, coordination, and client relationship management skills
- Able to multitask and solve problems independently in a fast-paced environment
- Oversee sales planning, market expansion, and customer development for renovation and building materials products
- Develop sales strategies and targets to drive team performance and achieve business goals
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and project progress to improve conversion rates
- Maintain showroom image, product displays, and customer service standards
- Enhance customer experience and improve walk-in conversion rates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including designers, contractors, and project-based customers
- Lead, manage, and develop the sales team through training and performance evaluation
- Improve product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service standards within the team
- Monitor sales processes and customer follow-up efficiency
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and external business partners
- Assist in handling project coordination, contracts, and after-sales matters
- Resolve customer issues professionally while maintaining the company’s brand image
