Marketing Coordinator/Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a creative and passionate Multimedia Designer to join our team. This role combines graphic design, content creation, photography, and videography to support our branding, marketing campaigns, and social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Create marketing materials including posters, banners, brochures, social media graphics, and promotional materials.
• Develop creative visual concepts that align with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
• Ensure consistency in design and brand identity across all platforms.

• Design engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
• Produce visual assets for advertisements, campaigns, events, and educational programs.
• Assist in content planning and creative brainstorming sessions.

• Capture high-quality photos and videos for events, classes, activities, products, and marketing campaigns.
• Edit videos for social media, advertisements, and promotional purposes.
• Manage video production from pre-production planning to post-production editing.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support company events by providing photography, videography, and design assistance.
• Stay updated with current design trends and social media content trends.

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Mass Communication, Creative Media, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and/or Canva, CapCut.
• Knowledge of photography, videography, lighting, and video editing techniques.
• Basic understanding of social media content creation and digital marketing.

• Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about visual storytelling.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience managing social media content.
• Knowledge of XiaoHongShu, Instagram Reels, TikTok, or Facebook content trends.
• Portfolio showcasing graphic design, photography, and video editing work.
