Customer Service Executive

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Prior experience in customer service, contact center, telesales, or related fields will be an added advantage.
• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working on a rotational shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Possess basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently

Working Arrangement: Work From Home (WFH)

Working Schedule:Shift-based (24-hour rotational shifts)

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Process and verify customer orders accurately.
• Assist customers with product enquiries, order status updates, delivery-related questions, and other customer service requests.
• Provide accurate information on products, promotions, and company services.
• Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering excellent customer service and resolving enquiries promptly.
