Currently pursuing or recently completed Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with good accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Able to handle confidential information with responsibility
- Willing to learn and take initiative in assigned tasks
- Good communication skills and able to work in a team
- Support basic bookkeeping and filing of accounting documents
- Help reconcile simple expense claims and petty cash records
- Assist in preparing monthly reports or summaries (if required)
- Handle general office administrative tasks (filing, scanning, document organization)
- Support HR/admin documentation and record keeping
- Coordinate basic internal scheduling or meeting arrangements
- Support any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Accounts/Admin team
- Assist in company events or operational support when needed
