Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Internship period between 3 - 6 months & kindly indicate your internship duration/period date in your CV or Cover Letter
- Hands-on exposure in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding
- Exposure to real hiring projects and recruitment strategies
- Walking distance to LRT & Monorail

- Working day (Monday - Friday)
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview details and application status
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns
- Assist with onboarding documentation and pre-employment processes
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
