What You'll Be Doing
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the team in various recruitment and P&C initiatives, including:
- Assisting in end-to-end recruitment activities for permanent and internship positions.
- Posting job advertisements on recruitment platforms and university career portals.
- Screening resumes and shortlisting suitable candidates.
- Coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintaining candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and P&C records.
- Supporting the preparation of offer letters, onboarding documents, and new hire orientation materials.
- Assisting in employer branding campaigns, career fairs, and campus engagement activities.
- Supporting employee engagement and People & Culture initiatives.
- Performing administrative tasks related to recruitment and P&C operations.
- Participating in ad-hoc P&C and People & Culture projects.

Who We're Looking For
We welcome enthusiastic and motivated students who are eager to learn and grow.
Preferred Backgrounds:
- Human Resource Management
- Business Administration
- Psychology
- Mass Communication
- Marketing
- Management
- Or any related field
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Available for a minimum internship period of 3 months (longer duration preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
