Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
- Able to source, screen, recruit, recommend strong talent and strong relationship-builder.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Fast learner, resourceful and proactive.
- Good command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
- Assist in managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, under the guidance of senior recruiters.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates that match job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Support the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance Upgrowth HR's attractiveness as an employer.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information, interview feedback, and status updates.
- Assist with HR operations tasks, including preparing employment contracts, onboarding documentation, and employee records.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to foster a positive recruitment experience.
- Contribute to team projects and initiatives aimed at improving recruitment processes and strategies.
- Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities to inform talent acquisition strategies.
