Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment timelines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage.
Preference:
- Female candidates preferred.
- Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred.
- Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and candidates from various backgrounds.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other employment-related documentation.
- Coordinate pre-employment medical examinations and onboarding activities for new hires.
- Maintain recruitment databases and ensure candidate records are accurately updated.
- Manage recruitment administrative tasks and support hiring managers throughout the selection process.
- Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities, interview arrangements, and employment details.
- Provide general HR and talent acquisition support as assigned by the company.
