Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment timelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage.

Preference:

  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred.
  • Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and candidates from various backgrounds.
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other employment-related documentation.
  • Coordinate pre-employment medical examinations and onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and ensure candidate records are accurately updated.
  • Manage recruitment administrative tasks and support hiring managers throughout the selection process.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities, interview arrangements, and employment details.
  • Provide general HR and talent acquisition support as assigned by the company.
