Senior energy efficiency engineer (hvac)

• the role: hvac energy efficiency engineer (mid to senior level).
• the reporting line: the successful candidate will work directly with the ceo with no hierarchy or buffer.
• core responsibilities: * this position splits time across site assessments, pre-sales technical support, and project delivery.

• contributing directly to proposals and commercial/business conversations is a key part of the role.
• the primary goal is to master site assessments quickly and materially reduce the ceo's technical workload within the first year.

1. experience & technical skills

• background: 8+ years of total experience in energy efficiency, building services engineering, hvac/chiller plants, or technical facilities management.
• technical hands-on capability: solid experience working directly with chiller plants, hvac systems, or building management systems (bms).
• proven track record: candidates must be able to share a specific project where they successfully identified and delivered real energy efficiency improvements.
