IT Operations Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on IT/MIS Infrastructure and Network Operations Executive to manage and support the company's IT infrastructure, network operations, and cybersecurity environment. This is a standalone role where you will be the primary onsite IT resource, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient IT operations while working closely with the IT Manager and regional IT teams.

What Will You Do:

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, client devices, and datacenter equipment.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, Azure, and VMware environments.
• Support and troubleshoot network, infrastructure, and security-related issues.
• Manage firewalls, VPNs, backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
• Oversee IT operations including incident, change, patch, and asset management.
• Support IT infrastructure and security projects.
• Coordinate with vendors and regional IT stakeholders to ensure smooth IT operations.
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies, and best practices.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or network support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Intune, Azure, and VMware.
• Experience with networking technologies, firewalls, VPNs, backup solutions, and IT security.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of IT operations.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and vendor management skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and a strong team player.
