Sales Operations Executive

GLAMPICK is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Executive to support and optimize the performance of our Offline Sales Team. This role is responsible for coordinating sales administration, managing sales data and reporting, improving operational processes, supporting field sales activities, and ensuring smooth execution of sales initiatives.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and capable of working closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration & Coordination- Provide administrative and operational support to the Offline Sales Team.
- Maintain accurate customer, retailer, distributor, and sales records in CRM and internal systems.
- Coordinate sales documentation including quotations, contracts, onboarding documents, and agreements.
- Monitor and track sales orders, deliveries, and customer requirements to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and dashboards.
- Analyze sales performance, trends, and KPIs to support management decision-making.
- Monitor sales targets, achievements, and incentive calculations.
- Ensure sales data accuracy and consistency across all reporting platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales workflows and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales processes.
- Support implementation of sales tools, CRM systems, and automation initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational issues affecting sales performance.
Requirements
Education- Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, Operations Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, Business Operations, or related roles.
- Experience supporting offline sales, retail, FMCG, distribution, or B2B sales environments is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data handling.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
- Experience with sales performance analysis and dashboard reporting.
- Knowledge of retail, distribution, or channel sales operations.
- Accuracy and timeliness of sales reports.
