Diploma/Degree in Creative Multimedia, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in video editing, graphic design, and social media management.
- Fresh graduates with a strong and creative portfolio are highly encouraged to apply!
- Plan, develop, and execute creative social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) to increase brand awareness.
- Write engaging captions and hooks for video contents and daily posts.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt them to the heavy machinery industry.
- Take charge of the end-to-end video production process: conceptualizing, shooting/filming (machinery features, warehouse stock, events), and video editing.
- Produce high-quality, high-engagement short-form videos (TikToks, Reels, Shorts) and long-form technical/product demonstrations.
- Design eye-catching digital graphics, including social media posters, banners, and promotional materials.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity (branding) across all online platforms.
- Ensure all marketing materials are polished, creative, and aligned with company standards.
- Collaborate with teams to coordinate social media product launches and festive campaigns.
- Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance metrics to improve future content strategies.
