Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant skills and a strong interest in social media marketing are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in social media platforms and content management tools.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator is an added advantage.
  • Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Creative, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Social Media Management
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu, and other relevant channels.
  • Plan, organize, and execute social media content calendars.
  • Schedule and publish content according to marketing plans and campaign timelines.
Content Creation
  • Create engaging content including captions, graphics, short videos, reels, and stories.
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers for content production.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Community Engagement
  • Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
  • Engage with followers and online communities to strengthen brand loyalty and customer relationships.
Digital Marketing Campaigns
  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Support paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to promote products, services, events, and brand initiatives.
Performance Analysis
  • Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics.
  • Prepare monthly reports covering engagement, reach, follower growth, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Recommend improvements and optimization strategies based on performance data.
Market Research
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media tools.
  • Identify opportunities to improve online presence, audience engagement, and brand awareness.
