Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing workshops, events, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional activities
• Support event logistics, registration, setup, and on-site operations
• Coordinate with vendors, participants, speakers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution
• Assist in preparing event materials, schedules, and participant communications

• Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS and/or LinkedIn
• Support digital marketing campaigns, event promotions, and brand awareness initiatives
• Capture photos and videos during events for marketing and social media content
• Assist in producing short-form videos, reels, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional materials
• Monitor social media engagement and assist with online community interactions

• Support content development for marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Assist in documenting events through photography, videography, and content creation
• Contribute ideas for creative campaigns, student engagement activities, and social media content

• Hands-on experience managing real events and marketing campaigns
• Exposure to major creative industry events, exhibitions, competitions, and networking activities

• Experience working with industry professionals, creative studios, educators, and marketing teams

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Mass Communication, Business, Digital Media, Creative Multimedia, or a related field
• Strong interest in event management, marketing, social media, content creation, or creative industries
• Creative, organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable using social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, XHS and/or LinkedIn
• Able to speak English and Chinese fluently.
• Able to travel outstation when required for events.
• Basic photography, videography, design, or content creation skills are a bonus
• Willing to work on weekends when required for events
• Internship duration: minimum 4 months
• Currently holds a valid driving license
