Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Sustainability

Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business Administration, Energy Management, or related disciplines.
- For Senior Executive role, minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in Sustainability, ESG, Corporate Planning, Environmental Management, or related functions.
- For Assistant Manager role, minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience with exposure in managing sustainability initiatives and ESG reporting activities.
- Experience within power generation, utilities, renewable energy, infrastructure, or Public Listed Company environment will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of ESG frameworks, Bursa Malaysia Sustainability Reporting requirements, GRI Standards, climate related disclosures, and sustainability practices.
- Strong analytical, report writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Possess good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work across multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast paced corporate environment.
- Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Company’s sustainability and ESG strategies, initiatives, and reporting framework.
- Coordinate sustainability related data collection, analysis, and reporting across various business units and subsidiaries.
- Assist in the preparation of Sustainability Reports, ESG disclosures, Bursa Malaysia sustainability related requirements, and other regulatory or stakeholder reporting requirements.
- Monitor sustainability performance indicators, climate related targets, and ESG related commitments.
- Support implementation of sustainability initiatives related to environmental management, carbon reduction, energy transition, circular economy, and social impact programs.
- Conduct sustainability assessments, benchmarking studies, gap analysis, and ESG related research to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, consultants, regulatory authorities, and external parties on sustainability related matters.
- Support awareness programs, stakeholder engagement activities, sustainability campaigns, and internal ESG initiatives.
- Keep abreast of developments in sustainability standards, ESG trends, climate related regulations, and industry best practices.
