We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Media & Advertising Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across our digital media platforms, influencer marketing network, events, content marketing solutions, and advertising inventory. The ideal candidate is passionate about media, marketing, and brand partnerships, with strong relationship-building skills and a proven ability to identify business opportunities, develop proposals, and close sales deals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound sales activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brand owners, marketing managers, agencies, and corporate clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify client marketing objectives and propose suitable advertising and media solutions.
Media & Advertising Solutions
  • Sell digital advertising packages across websites, apps, social media, video content, newsletters, and community platforms.
  • Promote influencer marketing campaigns through our creator and KOL network.
  • Develop integrated marketing proposals including content creation, media placements, events, livestreams, sponsorships, and brand activations.
  • Cross-sell solutions across the company's ecosystem of media, community, and commerce platforms.
Client Management
  • Prepare sales presentations, quotations, proposals, and campaign recommendations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide post-campaign reporting.
Market Intelligence
  • Stay updated on digital marketing, influencer marketing, advertising, and media industry trends.
  • Monitor competitor activities and identify emerging business opportunities.
  • Gather client feedback to improve products and services.
KPIs
  • Monthly sales revenue achievement.
  • Number of new client acquisitions.
  • Proposal conversion rate.
  • Client retention and repeat business rate.
  • Advertising campaign value sold.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Advertising, Media, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in media sales, advertising sales, digital marketing, influencer marketing, or business development.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply!
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with media agencies, advertising agencies, brands, or publishers.
  • Understanding of digital advertising, social media marketing, influencer campaigns, and content marketing.
  • Existing network of marketing decision-makers is an added advantage.
